Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All lessons are scheduled in advance. Please remember that scheduling a lesson is a reservation of Dr. Ballard's professional time. When a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled without ample advanced notice, another student may be deprived of a lesson time, and the time for that hour is wasted. Therefore, the following cancellation policy is strictly adhered to, and the full lesson fee will be charged for the missed lesson.

· Lessons Scheduled at the Muncie Studio - At Least 24 hours cancellation notice is required

· Lessons Scheduled at Satellite Locations (Indianapolis, Anderson) - At Least 48 hours cancellation notice is required

Payment is expected at the time of the lesson and must be prepaid for 4-lesson sets.

Generally, lessons are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. Prime times in the late afternoon and early evening will necessarily be reserved for regular continuing students.
