Cancellation and Rescheduling
Dr. Ballard schedules all lessons with his students in advance. His professional time is reserved when a lesson is scheduled. Thus, if a student cancels or reschedules without ample advanced notice, another student may be deprived of a lesson time. Unfortunately, that would make the time for that hour wasted. Dr. Ballard charges a full lesson fee for a lesson cancelled or missed without the required notice, as follows:
- A minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice is required (must email or call the studio at least 48 hrs ahead of the lesson time)
Dr. Ballard strictly adheres to this cancellation policy. Payment is required at the time of the lesson. Four-lesson sets must be prepaid.
